Who operates this website

This website is operated by Potrich Studio Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17124622. Our registered office is at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

We trade as Infinite Studio by Potrich. The studio was founded by abstract artist Nicole Potrich and is run by two co-directors.

How to reach us

For general enquiries, including questions about pieces, commissions, press, and trade or designer accounts, please write to support@potrichstudio.com.

For returns, replacements, and order issues, please write to returns@potrichstudio.com.

We aim to respond to every email within two working days.

Hosting and platform

This website runs on the Shopify platform. Orders are produced and dispatched by our trusted network of production partners. Where personal data is processed by these providers, that processing is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This website, our terms of sale, and any contract you enter into with us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where you are a consumer resident in another country and your local law gives you protections that cannot be excluded by contract.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about a piece you have received, the service you have experienced, or anything else relating to the studio, please contact support@potrichstudio.com. We take every complaint seriously, will acknowledge receipt within two working days, and aim to provide a full response within fourteen days.

Intellectual property

Everything on this website is protected work of the studio or its founder. The section below sets out what that means for you as a visitor and as a buyer.

Copyright in the artwork

All artwork and digital paintings featured on this site, including the Claiming Form collection, were created by Nicole Potrich and are her copyright. Copyright subsists from the moment of creation under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and is enforceable internationally under the Berne Convention. No reproduction, distribution, public display, or derivative use is permitted without prior written permission.

The website itself, including its written copy, photography, layout, code, and visual identity, is the copyright of Potrich Studio Limited. All rights reserved.

Trademarks and brand

The name Infinite Studio, the descriptor by Potrich, the studio wordmark, and any associated visual marks are unregistered trademarks of Potrich Studio Limited and are used in commerce. Their use by third parties without permission is not permitted.

What you receive when you buy a print

When you purchase an archival Giclée print from this site, you acquire ownership of that physical object. You are free to display it in your home, your studio, your office, or any other private or commercial space you control, and to gift, lend, or resell that individual print as a physical object.

You do not acquire any rights in the underlying artwork itself. The copyright, image rights, and reproduction rights remain with the artist at all times.

What is not permitted

Without prior written permission from the studio, you may not:

Reproduce the artwork in any form, whether physically (printing, photocopying, scanning, painting, or otherwise) or digitally (uploading, sharing, embedding, or distributing).

Use the artwork commercially, including on merchandise, packaging, advertising, business social media, websites, or any product offered for sale.

Create adaptations or derivative pieces, including remixes, edits, AI-generated variations, or new pieces that incorporate any part of the original artwork.

Use the artwork to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence model, machine learning system, or generative tool. The studio does not consent to any such use. Rights against text and data mining are expressly reserved under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790 and all equivalent UK and international provisions.

Remove or alter any signature, watermark, copyright notice, or attribution that appears on or with a piece.

Editorial and press use

Press, editorial features, interior design publications, gallery write-ups, and similar good-faith editorial coverage are warmly welcomed. For high-resolution images, artist statements, and permission to feature pieces from the collection, please write to support@potrichstudio.com and we will respond promptly with a press pack.

Licensing and commissions

Commercial licensing of the artwork, including for hospitality projects, interior design specifications, brand collaborations, and bespoke commissions, is considered on a case-by-case basis. Please write to support@potrichstudio.com with details of the project.

Reporting infringement

If you become aware of any unauthorised reproduction, sale, or use of artwork from this collection, we would be grateful if you would let us know at support@potrichstudio.com. We pursue infringement actively to protect the integrity of the artist's work and the value of every buyer's print.
