Refund policy

Every Infinite Studio print is made to order, produced individually at the moment of purchase. It is a considered process, and we hope your decision to bring a piece into your space is equally considered.

Because each work is printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We encourage you to read all product details carefully before ordering. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand fully behind the quality of every print. Please take a moment to inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of receipt at returns@potrichstudio.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. No questions, no difficulty.

What Cannot Be Returned

As every print is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour variations that fall within standard printing tolerances. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), this right may not extend to personalised or made-to-order goods such as our prints. If you are unsure whether this applies to your order, please get in touch before purchasing at support@potrichstudio.com.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers sometimes take a little longer to post the credit on their end. If 15 business days have passed since your approval and nothing has appeared, please contact us at support@potrichstudio.com and we will look into it straight away.
