Shipping policy
Every Infinite Studio print is made to order. When you place an order, your piece enters production before it travels to you. We think that is worth knowing. It is part of what makes each print meaningful.
Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship and when to expect your order.
How It Works
We work with a trusted network of production partners across more than 30 countries. Your order is routed to the facility closest to your delivery address, which keeps shipping times short and our environmental footprint low. Your print is produced, packaged and shipped directly to you.
Production Time
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for dispatch. This includes our internal review time to ensure your print meets our quality standard before it leaves.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows. Please treat these as guides rather than guarantees, as carrier timelines can vary.
United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
European Union: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
United States and Canada: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Rest of World: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your print on its way to you.
Customs and Import Duties
Because we produce locally wherever possible, most orders will not cross international borders. However, for orders shipped outside the country of production, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines if you are unsure.
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly overdue, please get in touch and we will do everything we can to help.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@potrichstudio.com and we will investigate straight away.
Damaged on Arrival
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days at returns@potrichstudio.com with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Full details are available in our Returns and Refunds policy.
